1How long has your company been in business?
We started to provide top quality appliance repair service since 2001. Our company is family owned and operated.
2Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, but only if we do a work for you.
3What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
4What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, debit cards, checks and cash.
5What cities do you service?
We cover the most part of the Los Angeles and Ventura County. If you do not find your city the list, please call at (818) 510-4851 to find out if we cover your particular area or a zip code.
6What are your business hours?
Our schedule is Monday though Friday from 7:30AM to 6:00PM and Saturday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM. We are closed on Sunday
7Does your company services residential and commercial area?
Unfortunately, we do not offer service to commercial areas. We only provide service to residential customers.
8What replacement part do you usually use for repairs?
We use only authorized or factory OEM parts.
9Do you offer same day service?
We are able to come on the same day of the service request most of the time. But it also depends on the work volume and the time of the day.
10Do you provide any warranty at all?
We give 30-day warranty for labor and 90-day warranty for parts we used for repair. Some parts warranty may last for up to 5 years. Your service technician will leave a copy of invoice with specific warranty information.
